This page explains what the Ταβέρνα Το Στέκι website collects, why, and what it does not collect. It is short because the site does very little.

Who is responsible

What we collect
Only what you type into the contact form yourself. The site has no accounts, no sign-up and no orders, so there is nothing else to give.
- Your name.
- Your email address.
- Your phone number, if you choose to fill it in. The field is optional.
- The message you write.
Why, and on what basis
To answer you. We do not use your details for advertising, we do not add you to a list, and we do not pass them to anyone else for their own purposes.
The legal basis is your own request: you write so that we get back to you, either as a step before a booking or an agreement, or as the legitimate interest both sides have in a question being answered.
Where your message goes
Your message leaves the page for forms.kougianos.com, which is ours, and from there to Resend, the service that sends the email. It arrives at reservations@example.com.
It is not stored anywhere else. There is no database and no archive of submissions: your message exists as an email and nothing more. When something fails, what gets logged is which site it was and what went wrong, never the contents of the message.
Resend sends from infrastructure inside the European Union.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry emails for twelve months and then delete them.
- You can ask for it to be deleted sooner by writing to reservations@example.com.
Hosting
The site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages and is made of prebuilt files. Like any server, Cloudflare records technical details of each request, such as IP address and browser type, for security and operation. We do not have access to those logs and do not use them.
Your rights
You have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict and object to the processing of your data, and to receive it in a portable form. Write to reservations@example.com and we will answer as soon as we can, and within one month in any case.
If you think something has been handled badly, you can complain to the Hellenic Data Protection Authority, Kifisias 1-3, 11523 Athens, www.dpa.gr.
Changes to this page
If what the site does changes, this page changes with it. The page is generated from the site's own code, so it cannot fall behind.
